I drink 8 oz. of Alkaline Ionized Water with X20 Minerals 20 minutes before breakfast. Which I have been eating C.A.T. (Cucumber, Avocado and Tomatoe) for the past two years... every morning. I just love it and it does not get old because I know it is starting up my metabolism and my immune systems.<br />Then I drink a 32 oz Green 20 Chlorophyll drink and have and "Alkaline" snack of almonds. Have a lite alkaline lunch and then a 2nd 32 oz of alkaline Ionized water. Another alkaline snack - light Green Banana, drink my last 32 oz alkaline Ionized water (sometimes with lemon or mint flavored) The rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 your weight in ounces.
